4. Delivery Policy
All products are digital downloads.
After successful payment, download links and license keys are sent automatically to your registered email address.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment or technical error causing double charge.

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Because all items are digital, returns are not applicable.
If a file or license key does not work, we will replace it immediately upon verification.
